You Dont Need An Equipment
If you want to stay fit, then this is the right place to start. You will need a chair, which everyone has, and a yoga block. If you do not have a yoga block, you can use a book instead.

This is the perfect travel workout, you can take it with you on the plane or the bus and do it anywhere. The chair and the book are your equipment. Sit in a chair. Place the book on the floor. Put your hands on the chair back.
You will be standing on your feet. You will need to balance for a few minutes. Just imagine how much fun this is! You can also add in some twists and turns.

I can’t count the number of times I’ve gone in for the most intense fitness training ever, knowing I’d be forced to do a bunch of isometrics holds to burn off the weight. I mean, I was never really into dumbbells before this—my workouts focused on core-pumping moves. So how hard could these things really be? Turns out, they can be pretty damn hard.
Trisets are exercises that include three sets of resistance, each set is followed by a 15-second rest or recovery time. In other words, tri-sets are three exercises that are followed by a brief recovery time in between. You do a complete triset of all three workouts and then rest for 30 seconds, and then do another triset.
There is a timer in the upper left-hand side of the screen counting down your intervals and recoveries. During the recovery, Caroline previews the next triset. There is also a little bar at the bottom of the screen that counts down the entire workout time as a percentage.
